You are correct but breeds can be rehabilitated, just as some people can. (Sounds liberal, yes, but animals are different. Things are much more black and white for animals)

In addition to my above comments, I would also like to point out that I do not agree with any legislation that the government would put forth to limit my ownership of any animal or object.
Sounds like approaching communism to me- see my FR site for communist goals....

It would be more than that in total. That's probably for 2005. But IIRC national stats on breeds aren't kept. It would be specific studies on dogs...and those really don't do breed legislation any favors IMO.

I love all Molossers. I'm thinking about getting an American Bulldog this summer. I have a wonderful petite Rott who needs a playmate. FWIW, I have a three year old son.
