Obviously he is. The damned sea lions here have been a problem for years. It started out slow with just a very few, but grew as a problem. I've seen a couple of them at the mouth of the Clackamas River just below Oregon City before. I say, Shoot 'em and be done with it. (Shooting coyotes was one of my favorite treats years ago) Had a bumper sticker that read ... " Eat American Lamb - - - 1,000,000 Coyotes Can't be Wrong."

I'm with you Max. Kill the sea lions & feed the carcasses to the killer whales. The whales are more intellegent.
