This is Big. I just heard on the Radio a station covering this and he said a Defense attorney explained that an investigator asked the "Other" stripper for an interview and she agreed to answer 1 or 2 questions on tape.

The comparison matched. This has HUGE implications.

This means that the strippers had an operational cell phone to call 911 and report the Gang-rape, however, they drove 2.5 miles and asked a Supermarket Security guard to call 911 for them.

We know from the Police record (they responded in 2 minutes to an empty house) and the neighbor's statement that the call was made when the Dancer's were leaving the Party. So, in the call (After the alleged event and both were together in a small car) the dancers says I don't know if it's an emergency and says twice that she's not hurt in ANY way.

If the DA brings this case, he will lose. But, of course, he only wants to secure re-election.

It doesn't matter if there is reasonable doubt, the DA must prosecute, to not only secure his/her job, but to also feed the machine(trial lawyers,etc).

I think the stripper's story doesn't add up either, but here's one little technical detail that may be important.

In the 911 call she says "it's me and my black girlfriend, and the guy -- there's like a white guy by the Duke wall". I assume she's talking about the wall that surrounds Duke's East Campus. N. Buchanan Blvd. runs north-south along the eastern boundary of Duke's East Campus which is the boundary closest to Durham. The "Duke wall" runs along the western side of Buchanan Blvd.

The address in question, 610 N. Buchanan St., is on the opposite side of the street, that is to say the eastern side of the street. It is on the northeast corner of an intersection where Dacian Ave. makes a "T" intersection with Buchanan Blvd. Actually, there's a traffic entry onto campus at that point so if you're westbound on Dacian Ave. you can go straight, crossing N. Buchannan Blvd., and enter campus. So there's a break in the "Duke wall" at that location. (If you didn't get that, then look it up on maps.google.com and it'll become clear.)

So, if the guy she says is yelling at her is "by the Duke wall", then he's not at 610 N. Buchanan Blvd., but somewhere on the western side of Buchanan Blvd. If the party goers scattered, then this is one location to which they could have fled, i.e. they fled across N. Buchanan Blvd. and back onto campus. So by the time she called, the party could have mostly been broken up.

I don't know how this modifies the time line but it's worth thinking about.
