DNA Results Could Shed New Light On Duke Lacrosse Investigation(2nd 911 Call By Dancer at Party)

In other developments, a defense attorney for one of players says he knows who made the 911 call the night of the alleged gang rape.

"We're absolutely positive the caller was not the accuser, but the other young lady there," Cheshire said.

Cheshire said witnesses have talked to the woman and a comparison of audio tapes proves the caller was the second dancer at the party, but Durham police say they do not know who called.

You are so right on this case. I went to a private prep school back around 1960. There was an incident back then, because of the relatively more "pristine era" it was much less unseemly looking, but the school's administration did the right thing back then and stood by the few boys involved/accused.

It taught me a lesson about justice way back then. I will never forget. I wasn't one of the boys involved, but was close enough to see the damage that could have been done. Because the administration had no impulse to cave to any pressures, the lives of those guys went on as they should. I wish I could say the same about the lives of many of these guys at Duke.

I appreciate your diligence on this story.

Kimbery Giulfoyle of Fox IN THE LINEUP, said last night, that the woman's past doesn't have anything to do with this Duke case. She says shes also a single mother with two kids. She said this is Blaming the Victim. In the VERY next segment, on the missing girl in Aruba, she says the man making these statements is a convicted drug dealer. She goes on to say, this is Detective 101 - YOU CAN'T BELEIVE A CONVICTED DRUG DEALER, he is totally unbelievable. So, a convicted Stripper, Car-Jacker, Attempted Cop-killer, drug user is very credible; however, a drug dealer is totally unbelievable.

You are a very clear thinker. You would make a great lawyer, if you are not already.

You're too kind.

I wonder how days it'll be before the Media reports it like it is?

DUKE really screwed up. They accepted the premise that these kids were Guility. They cancelled the entire season, fired the coach, and hosted 3 Night vigils to protest the crime!

That was pure bull by that administration. I must admit to having never liking Duke, I don't exactly know why (maybe it's because their basketball team gets mostly all the calls over the years ;-) ).

But, this cements it. Many of those kids got royally screwed.

I wonder if they'll line up for hours to scream at the Media's new Rosa Park's now that the truth has come out.

Not all the truth..... yet.

Can you, in your wildest dreams, imagine the media doing this to 19 year old girls?

Or the media Publicly indicting an entire basketball team for the alleged actions of 3 team members?

I never did understand the they're all guility (all 46) philosophy anyway.

Don't hold your breath.

They still won't tell us who hired Craig Livingstone.

The woman that perpetrated this HOAX should go to Jail and be made to pay restition to the team.

However, I'm afraid she'll pay it all in One dollar bills!

If we go back to that case, Why do you think we haven't heard a chorus of Media people calling the DA, Nifong, a out-of-control prosector. Like, the media did, reflexively
with Kenneth Starr.

Remember, it was never about the evidence, it was all about the prosecutor. The same could be said in the Scooter Libby case. We've barely heard the prosecutor's name in the media, but they certainly focus on the his theories and purported evidence.

The Clinton thing was about Ken Starr, the Leak thing is about Bush, Cheney, and Libby. How strange, why am I not surprised.

How come Geraldo hasn't made it his personal mission to take down the prosecutor in the CIA Leak Case?

.

No one wants to step on the shoes of those who pay and feed them.

The socialist/anti-American media whores and the communists in the government are ruthlessly trying to bring down the country. They have never stopped.

Fitzgerald will never have a glove put on him.

The Raleigh News and Observer, even though they're aware of the latest developments, are still going after the team with ZEAL.

In today's paper (Sunday), there's this Headline across the top of the Paper:

TEAM HAS SWAGGERED FOR YEARS.

In the article, they reference "Preppy arrogance". Of course, they have responded to my e-mails so I know they know the latest (911 call made by stripper, and photos). When I asked them why they haven't posted the Strippers criminal record, a got a response saying that the web-site that reported her record was incorrect. Nothing further was said. Except every e-mail notes their policy of not posting names or pictures of Rape victims.

This newspaper has made this woman out to be Mother Teresa. They did an, over-the-top, exteremly sympathic "interview" with the woman on 03/25. That's where the woman said she's only been doing this for a short time and she's never danced for a group before.

I e-mailed them about that too. But, as you see, they won't slow their onslaught towards the players. Open-containers and underage driking off-campus is really serious stuff according to these feminist liberals at the N&O.

They deny her Criminal record is accurate.

Is he the same one who was president of Duke in 2001? I read that Duke's president in 2001 wore a T-shirt with the words "Gay? Fine by me" and distributed thousands of T-shirts with those words.

In reference to the Raleigh News and Observer article today:

"Team has been swaggering for years"

It is NOT an offense in North Carolina to swagger.
