Where are the anti-illegal immigration rallies?

I've been looking for some well-organized anti-illegal immigration from Georgia to DC so I could try to join in. But I don't see much activity.

Also why doesn't Rush and/or Hannity tell us to meet on such and such a day. I'd travel across the country but there's no word. Radio hosts are organizing illegal alien protests, but conservatives seem to think it is bad form to do the same. I am truly baffled. It's now or never.

I'm only aware of the one in Texas.

I wish there was one in the California area or close to it.

I might consider going to Texas for this one. This time, and this issue, is really too important to let it go.

Didn't you listen to Rush today! Repubs and Conservatives don't pursue such matters. They let the Dims and other Commies slide on most issues.

I'd like to attend a protest rally. At Yale University.
I am deeply angry that Taliban Teddy is a freshman there.
Why aren't we out picketing that bunch of happyhead PC apologists? The regents at Yale let a terrorist in that school. WHY?

I'd also like to see Yale alum President Bush and John Kerry picket. Anyone who lost a loved one on 9/11. Anyone who lost a loved one in Afghanistan. Let's get Teddy down to the satellite campus at Gitmo. That filthy animal is in New Haven, and he is being protected by the cowards that are Ivy League intelligentsia.

I just took action to help STOP "guest worker" amnesty for illegal aliens, and thought you might want to help too! Your representative receives an email of your stance immediately.

I don/t know, why? We live on the on the Colorado River, but the wife said if there is a counter protest in Phoenix, we are going. She is working up car pools with friends just in case.

Hate to say such, but we need a charismatic demagogue to galvanize action.

IIRC after the fall of the USSR the people of Checkoslovakia demonstrated for a new government by gathering in Prague in the evening and shaking their keys. No chants, just the jingle of keys. It overthrew the government without violence
Perhaps if those of us fed up with this nonsense were to gather at our local courthouses, city halls etc. on the Sunday evening after the May 1 demonstrations and do likewise, our leaders would get the message.
Just a thought.

Yes, I've been e-mailing senators (and calling a few) this week. I do think protests accomplish something. During the Bush Gore election fiasco I travelled to Florida several times and up to DC once to stand with protestors (there were many more Bush supporters than Gore supporters but you would have never known it from the newspaper coverage). Frankly, I think libs would have stolen the election if Bush supporters hadn't been there in force to support him.

It is a good point, however, that lib protesters are in urban centers. I should have noted that, myself. Still, though its difficultt, we desperately need a show of support for the anti illegal-alien side of this issue.

Anytime you stand up for a principal the opposition is going to call you anything they can as long as the name calling works for them. Hey, stand up. Do what you gotta do to make your points including call them names too (if it works). If they call you names and it starts to work for them to the point of making you ineffective, step back, reassess, and come at them again with a different look.

I think we should be for marches because I'm absolutely convinced that if 500,000 citizen anti-illegals showed up on the mall in DC, as they say (and I doubt the numbers) the illegals did in LA, we'd finally get action (the right kind of action, too).

Man, if the politicians citizenize and make voters of 11 million illegals (who will promptly bring three or four family members up here - now 45 million voters) we may as well hang it up - this country will be finished! The funny thing about it, as I heard someone on TV note the other day (was it JD Hayworth?), is that then the illegals will be legal so they'll start getting higher wages, benefits etc., - so business will no longer have cheap labor, so we'll be right back where we started from and businesses will need some more illegals imported who will work under the radar so they'll be cheap again. In the meantime we will have imported all this poverty. And the old illegals, now citizens, will be voting in even more unaffordable benefits all the time.

My family has been in this country at least 200 years but I've been thinking, if this is the way it is going to be, then I better be looking for some other country to emigrate to myself.
