Excuse me, but there's already a law in Texas for that. Our Walmart has a sign posted that as of last August, by law, they are required to keep those medications behind the counter.

I'm aware Texas has enacted a law since the article which has "history: with link here" was written. I don't know if you noticed or not but the journalist's byline and the date of the "history" article are bolded to draw attention to the fact it was an article written in August of 2004. Since the two articles I posted about his sentence didn't have much detail I googled his name and found the article which gave information on his arrest.

To further supplement the information, I posted minutes from a City Council meeting to show Mr. Vafaiyan had his fingers in a couple of different pies.
