My Dragon Fly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

I keep getting distracted. LOLWorking on getting my strength back, I distract often for short spurts, so we might be out of sync. That's okay. Unlike the phone, posts are asynchronous.

Oh, I can continue to be a slacker, no outside work today. The wind has come up very strong and it's raining.
I hope these huge trees around here stay standing. Some of them are shallow rooted, and I am sure diseased.
To: uncleshag
Thank you Uncle for the tunes.

I know you appreciate good folks, GMR.

The rain is heading our way. It held off for the weekend, thank goodness. April showers bring May flowers!

Showers beginning. North of us, in Charlotte, NC, heavy boomers and electric show. I am hoping it stays on that side of the lake.
I like all your graphics, Lj. Got one burned into my old monitor... Robin W. smiles. Your graphics always seem to tell the whole story in one post without tiring typing.
Your very own racous, dry, semi, goodness/evil-when-you-wanna-be wit shines through each. While I never could comment on every one, know in your mind that they always remain on my pink matter hard drive.
I try to do that "messaging" with the music selections in each Longtown Podcast. Oft' times sucessful, some times not. Shameless plugger that I am ... pluggin' along like an old gray mule.
Hope you get to feeling better soon.

Sprinkles have arrived and I don't think we're expecting thunder boomers. Thanks for the good wishes; I'm pushing.

Pushing right along with you, Jag.
Good Evening Everybody. Beautiful day today albeit on the cool side. No rain at the moment, just plenty of sunshine.

Ode to the Tarpon Passed Albeit squeamish subject
ponder nonetheless.
Masterpiece speaks of tarpon.
Granderous and beastly fights
Beholder's beauty.
Turning slowly, browning slight.

Yeah OK. I get the hint. You wanna brag, but not directly.
Here everybody! A pic of Unc with a tarpon he caught.

Hi Fatima. That's a beautiful fish, isn't it. And it fills Peli's trap right up!

I've been told that my trap grows directly proportional to the task at hand.
