She's a sleeze bucket. Our schools don't allw the belly button to be exposed. She never would have been allowed to wear that to a school prom.

If it had been said she was wearing it to say an Hawaiian Luau, would it have raised eyebrows so much?Is it the dress it's self, or that it was a "prom" dress:

The beginning dimensions probably weren't close enough to what you normally use. The dimensions I used are 197 x 298.

Not here either. Unfortunately, proms are getting sleazier and sleazier. My SIL is a high school teacher and the dances she describes are so vulgar. The teachers had to stop the music several times to make the kids stop. Our church has gotten to where they have a banquet as an alternative to the prom.
To: PayNoAttentionManBehindCurtain
Its the belly button. Total nono. You can wear a mumu to a luau.

Ok, thanks. I tried other numbers, but nothing worked. Is there a formula on figuring that, or did you just know?

Our church has gotten to where they have a banquet as an alternative to the prom. Schools may have to go the same route.

To me it's the dress itself. A little more modesty would be nice. I guess I'm like that because I have 3 daughters though.
To: EmilyGeiger
Hey, now that is a great idea:). Good for your church.

I guess I should have said, I don't approve of that dress either:). A little to skimpy.

Wolfie, here is the sweet little innocent country girl in her prom dress.
And did you see the other pic of Lesbian Love--Pickler and McPhee?
I hope both of these 'ho's get dumped soon.

Some in the area have, some of the private schools that is. Also, my SIL said they had to check the girls in the restrooms to make sure they were wearing undergarments, she said quite a few were sent home. Called the parents to tell why... a couple of the parents got mad at the school!
To: Senator Goldwater
That is a slutty prom dress. Not that I mind, of course.

It would be a ridiculous shame if there was enough of a backlash of his fans not voting for him because of this. Hi, Hetty :) I agree. But this seems to be much ado about nothing. As far as I know, Chris never said, "This is my version"--he said something like, "This is different from the Johnny Cash version."
So far this seems to be an Internet-bred controversy--I haven't seen or heard anything about this from an actual news source.

Why is everyone so upset? I don't get it either. I think this is coming from people that either don't like Chris or don't like Idol--or both--and they're trying to make a mountain out of this mole hill.
