Don't forget that September 19 is Talk Like a Pirate Day! Mark it on your calendar early. :)
Three's Company comes to mind.
A blessing, we won't have to listen to Kellie's inane and embarrassing chatter and her caterwauling. Bye, bye, Kellie.
Aww, Di ... I'm sorry Kellie leaving made you cry. We do get attached to our favorites! I was seriously upset when Mandisa left, so I understand! Don't worry about Kellie; with as much publicity as she has had lately, I'm sure something good will turn up for her.
You know, I'm actually torn this week ... Yes, I must admit that when I saw Kellie was leaving, I was NOT unhappy about that! LOL! But people really do get emotionally wrought up over all this, and it makes me sad when nice people on this board have to see their favorites leave. But that's all part of the game ... we all know that our favorites are up for grabs any week, if they don't get the votes.
Paris is very weak. By far the most overrated. At first she rode this "I can't believe you're just 16" then "just 17" crap. She should never have gotten this far. Cover your eyes when she sings, it's easier to see just how subpar her voice really is.
Of course they were humble. They were talentless and they knew it.
No question AI wanted Kellie off. Pickler was destined to be a finalist given strictly pop themes...she even pulled off "Bohemian Rhapsody", which clearly spooked the producers. Only the lame themes of the past two weeks could do her in, and they did. Mission Accomplished for the Idol powers that be. Unfortunately it made for very dull TV (who wants to see Chris singing Bryan Adams? And who on earth wants to hear a Barbra song at all?) So not surprisingly, AI rating have dipped significantly.
That's not the stylists... that's pure Paris.
Her blood-alcohol count.
Actually, using their MOE ranges, and knowing the Chris and Kat were top two, the actual results are within ranges:
Performer | Actual Rank | DI Range | Probable Rank |
---|---|---|---|
Chris | 1-2 | 1-3 | 1 |
Katharine | 1-2 | 2-5 | 2 |
Taylor | 3-4 | 1-3 | 3 |
Elliott | 3-4 | 1-4 | 4 |
Paris | 5 | 5-6 | 5 |
Kellie | 6 | 4-6 | 6 |
LOL! That was funny.
HOLD THE PICKLE!
Only makes the fans of Taylor and Elliot want to vote that much more...:0)
Fixed it for you.
Problem is that those ranges make it too difficult to see where people really are at this point. I'll give the DI guy credit for building this though. Outside of one week they have given us a clear picture of the bottom people.
Now be nice... Anthony was actually pretty good once hbe dropped the boy-band stuff and went back to power ballads.
I think I called it on my weekly recap intro in #8900 --we're in Bizarro World this week...
Thanks for making me choke on the Mountain Dew I was drinking. Are you serious? Her "BR" was awful... much worse than Constantine's version, which itself wasn't very good.
After hearing what they did to Taylor yet AGAIN this week, and then the sickening kissy kissy love fest make up session with Kat last night ... I am so pissed at AI that I will do anything to get a Taylor / Elliot final and get the Chosen Ones (Chris and Kat) out the door.
It is a shame, I love Chris and was looking forward to seeing him battle it out with Taylor and Elliot over the next few weeks. But now I am in a total screw AI mode, and want nothing to do with thier Chosen Two.
