Taylor's guitar player looks like John Goodman with goatee. Ha--I thought he looked like Jeff Bridges in The Big Lebowski :)

Rod Stewart night next week--limited to the 60 songs he's covered on his last four albums.Weren't they all old-time standards? Some wonderful songs from the Great American Songbook. I can understand why Stewart would not want them to do his original stuff, but stuff he and hundreds of other singers have covered over generations.

Yeah, she misses okra. I can't stand it either.
Well, Chris and Katharine are safe, so, Dialidol is off tonight. Paris or Elliot get to be in the bottom with Ace and Bucky.
To: Fawn
Chris, McPhee both safe....I've still got my fingers crossed that paris is G-O-N-E!!!
To: TankerKC
Yes! They creep me out!

It's not as bad as it would seem. He's put out a few album of American standards and that's what they are supposed to pick from. Should be right up Elliot's ally.

Taylor is safe--I'm shockedGrin...if that DialIdol is to be believed, he's got the most votes this week.

Darn - I just turned it on - did I miss anything? You missed a pretty good group song--no I'm not kidding :) Most of it's been filler. Idol & FOX are being sneaky with the time slot, cutting into other shows.

Oy vey, Rod Stewart songs?! Lord, help us all.Yeah, not even the good Rod Stewart stuff, like Maggie May from way back, it seems to be only the standards that he's covered in his last few albums.

LMAO!! And John Goodman had a goatee in that movie!! He's like Jeff Bridges and John Goodman had a baby that is what he would look like.

Loved the Rod of the 70's, now-not so much.
To: Fawn
Chris is definitely hot. He just needs to sing more than one song to make me like him like I used to. My faith in dialidol has been shattered *tear*. So that leaves...Elliott in the bottom three? If it's Paris I call shenanigans.
To: BamaDi; Wolfstar
I'M sure she's joking right? what okra?LOL--she didn't say "What's okra?" She said "I miss okra!" But you know "What's okra?" wasn't far behind :)
