High school student says she's being blackmailed with sex tape [both are underage]

Roseville police are investigating allegations by a teenage girl that a male high school classmate made a videotape of her performing a sex act and used it to blackmail her.

The female student told a Roseville Area High School counselor two weeks ago that the older male student claimed that he videotaped her performing a sex act at his family's Roseville home in March 2005, according to a search warrant affidavit filed in Ramsey County District Court.

Since then, the girl told police, the male student, who is now 16, has threatened to show the videotape to her friends and others unless she performed sex acts on him and his friends.

Sometimes people don't know they're being videotaped. It's particularly common at frat houses to have two way mirrors, but some guys just have the camcorder set up on a bookshelf or a table and turn on a two hour tape before taking the girl into the bedroom.

I can't believe that the ACLU is isn't involved as this is a clear case of violation of one's own sexual rights of orientation towards blackmail. The ACLU already knows that kids have the right to express themselves regardless of their behavior. Just another prime of example of heterophobia.......and S&M (stupidity & meanness).
