purifies the system, lots of anti-oxidents, gives skin renewed elasticity, loads of potassium, and gradual weight loss. And more benefits.
I did some research online last week and decided on the drink rather than the apple cider vinegar pill.

3 days so far on the apple cider vinegar and honey drink diet.My cousins' old Hungarian grandma used to drink about 1/4 cup of cider vinegar with honey every morning. She used it to ease her arthritis, I think.

Hey, all! Rode my bike to work this morning! 11.2 miles in the icy northwest. I had ice on my bike bag when I got to work, it was that cold.

Dang it, Pissy, you're a little troublemaker, aren't you? I wonder what you'd taste like ground up as hamburger and grilled in my back yard barbeque pit! :P
I have a weakness for sweets so if anyone has a lowfat banana bread recipe, fork it over please!

If I had healthy recipes, I'd be using them, LOL!
Mine are more Southern fried and carbo-laden, like my Sweet potato casserole!!....and my meatloaf (which is a terrific recipe), has evaporated milk in the ingredients.
LOL, I need help :))
Thanks for these wonderful sounding recipes today!
Appreciate being on the list!
