It never occurred to me to think of the animal's appearance as a strong factor in diet choice. Taste and texture would be higher on the list and certainly slaughter is something I try to avoid thinking about, but I like cows and pigs better than sheep and that's about the same order in which I like to eat them. I just hope I didn't eat the Einstein of pigs tonight.

It's a me thing.

Taste and texture are very important. Appearance is as well.

For me the esthetic's of image in my head is more important than the vision of the product on a plate.

I don't know if you ate Einstein or not.
