Why I Support President Bush and the ZOT!
Posted on 03/19/2006 6:29:28 AM PST by thousand dollar hamburger
I think he has a sincere desire to help everyone. he has even gone out of his way to embrace people like Hillary Clinton and Ted Kennedy. He does not hold grudges as shown by his willingness to bend over backwards to allow terrorist supporting nations to operate our ports. We need this type of benevolent leader.
Our President is not a cheapskate, as he has opened up our budget to give to anyone who might need anything.
Aliens from all nations are welcomed into our great country without having to deal with mundane bureaucratic State approval. Cutting government red tape -- that's the Bush way!
Yes, our Prseident even realizes that occupying as many countries around the world as possible is the best way to spread American ideals.
We are truly lucky to have this great man. I suggest that at 10:00 AM EST, we all stand up in unison and shout -- HOORAY FOR BUSH!!!

Yepper...Arizona is one of only two (I think) states that haven't buckled under DST. I like it. But I'm moving back to Vegas in June, so I'll be on Pacific time, anyway, whether I like DST or not.
I know those long trips. I don't think I could have gone to Pakistan if I had had only a week. It would have done me in for sure.

I haven't been there. I've mostly hung around this side of the Mideast - Iraq, Kuwait, Dubai, Jordan...

I loved Pak. It was beautiful. A lot of people may not have thought so, but being a desert girl, I like to look for things. I was awestruck by the HimalayasThere was a scary aspect to it though...the culture and food could be transported to Mexico with no problem. Time to get that wall up...
The food is spicy with lots of green chilis and rice, and they even have a "tortilla" that is made with yeast. It's a little sweeter and fluffier than tortillas, and they make ice cream that is to DIE for! I brought back a lot of "girlie" things...gold and clothes...LOL!

I brought back a lot of "girlie" things...gold and clothes...LOL! Isn't the gold on this side of the world great? I've been here over two years now and have bought so much STUFF! Rugs, brass things, tapestries and yes, gold...my house is giong to have a definite Middle Eastern slant to it when I get home and get everything set up in there. Most of my loot has been shipped home and I keep telling myself I don't need any more "stuff" and then...I see something I can't resist...
How long were you in Pak? It sounds like somewhere I'd like. I like desert places and I like exotic places.
