Why I Support President Bush and the ZOT!
Posted on 03/19/2006 6:29:28 AM PST by thousand dollar hamburger
I think he has a sincere desire to help everyone. he has even gone out of his way to embrace people like Hillary Clinton and Ted Kennedy. He does not hold grudges as shown by his willingness to bend over backwards to allow terrorist supporting nations to operate our ports. We need this type of benevolent leader.
Our President is not a cheapskate, as he has opened up our budget to give to anyone who might need anything.
Aliens from all nations are welcomed into our great country without having to deal with mundane bureaucratic State approval. Cutting government red tape -- that's the Bush way!
Yes, our Prseident even realizes that occupying as many countries around the world as possible is the best way to spread American ideals.
We are truly lucky to have this great man. I suggest that at 10:00 AM EST, we all stand up in unison and shout -- HOORAY FOR BUSH!!!

The Lint Moose is in the construction stage at the moment.
He's quite depressed about being a head, antlers, and shoulders at the moment.
Uh oh, a sister to six.. have they sent moose to anoy you before?
Yers, Limburger or liver cheese would fix it quite well.

Since I'm taller than all my siblings, they don't send ANYthing to annoy me, knowing full well I can turn the tables on them quite effectively.
Welcome back!!!

Eh... Annie and Chester are both outdoor cats again. Chester went back to peeing on the carpets and Annie took a dislike to Zonja's new living room rug. Plus she managed to pick up fleas again dispite that Advantage crap.
Been shampooing Annie with flea stuff to try and clean her up a bit. Also picked up some pet "no scratch/no mark" spray for the rug.
Guess we'll see what happens.

The only thing that's effective against fleas in dogs OR cats is shampoos. Flea collars only keep fleas off their necks, and pills are not effective in the dosages allowed.
I hope the "no scratch" stuff works. I gave Hobbes a sisal scratching post and she wore it out. I just sprayed some catnip spray on the new one, just to make it more enticing.
I hope you're able to get rid of the fleas in the carpets. Nasty little things.

That's just it, we didn't find any in the carpets. Just on the cat. We kicked her outside because of the rug/carpet damage. Started talking about trying to bring her back in and that is when we discovered the fleas. Funny though, Chester has been an outdoor cat for almost three years now. Not one flea on him. No shampoo. Nothing.
Guess they just don't like the taste of him.
