Rockefeller and somebody in the State Department, who I do not know, went to Syria, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia in January 2002. Late February 2002, Joe Wilson goes to Niger and March 14, 2002, Rockefeller is demanding the FBI to investigate the "forged documents".
According to this article there was a whole lot of talking going on by supposed government officials, and the subject was "forged documents", appears the "outing" accusation was a diversion.
