If it was as bad as Mission Impossible 2 who would have cared? The only reason the first Mission Impossible was watchable was a retro feel for the old series. Cruise cannot act. Days of Thunder? Top Gun on wheels. A Few Good Men? Top Gun in a courtroom. Mission Impossible? Top Gun as a spy. Every one of those movies had something that saved it from Cruise's lack of acting ability. War of the Worlds? Drek.
Cruise needs to be relegated to a L. Ron Hubbard movie...
Air the episode! Tom Cruise be damned! Anyone who thinks they might be offended can simply choose not to watch!

Hmmm. I didn't see the episode, but I saw the "Tom Cruise, Come Out Of The Closet" sequence on the internet somewhere. Don't know if it's still out there.
