I generally loathe exercise, but know it's good for me.

I too loathe excercise for the sake of exercise, I know I will never commit to a gym or pointless exercising, so I always get out of shape in winter. In summer, I love to mow, work outside on pasture and pruning and burning brush and I can work my horse more, so all that usually keeps me in better shape. This past summer I really did some damage to my feet by mowing and working outside in poorly supporting light summer shoes, and I've had heel pain ever since. That REALLY hurts my chances for getting in better shape and I'm not happy about it at all.

Hair, go to a Pediatrist and have them make you a set of Orthodics to put in your shoes. That will cure your heel pain. My hubby had his heel spur healed with Orthodics.
