Hair, go to a Pediatrist and have them make you a set of Orthodics to put in your shoes. That will cure your heel pain. My hubby had his heel spur healed with Orthodics.

Actually, I've done that! Good advice! I went to the Neovita place and got good orthodics. And it does help enormously with pain when I wear them all the time, it's just taking a long time to heal completely and I sin by preferring to be barefoot in the house. Got to get back on the program. I had felt a lot better until the last week when I've overdone it and now flinch too much to even walk much. It's really easy to have a setback.

I tried that and it didn't work for me. I broke down and bought a $189 pair of Birkenstocks and it immediately cleared up and have not had trouble since.
