I still wonder how Sci Fi can afford all of these original shows. BSG, Stargate SG-1 plus Atlantis, and the new ones coming up like Eureka. It seems something has to give.

Reusing of small sets, reuse of the same old computer generated images and if filmed elsewhere, maybe a lack of expensive unions.

Plus they will have DVD sales as well.
