George W. Bush, Lame Duck. R.I.P., 08 March 2006

On this day, Marvh 8th, 2006, George W. Bush was winged by his own political party. He is now a "lame duck" even though Dick Cheney was by his side with trusty shot gun.

Mr. Bush was winged by members of his party who did not honor a 45 day period for Mr. Bush to jawbone the Dubai ports deal. Eager to get a favorable line in their campaign literature, his party pulled the trigger early and killed the deal and winged Bush

Mr. Bush is survived by weak republicans who have now fully ceded the bully pulpit to the DIMs.

A memorial will be held Nov. 2006 with the GOP's burial January 20, 2009. God save their souls.

How did we get out of the whole port management business in the first place? Is this related to the whole "flags of convenience" mess, where shippers get away with substandard conditions on their ships by not being American flagged?

"Reagan lost his agenda by default."

I have recently followed a family member closely through early Alzheimer's to final death, ten or more years later. Could Reagan's reduction in focus have been an early manifestation of the Alzheimer's process? How old was he when he left office, and how old when he died?

I am with you on Tony Snow. He and Rush Limbaugh are getting out the true facts.

The politicians don't want the facts. It is all about what they hear from their constitiuents. However, the constituents may be the voice of an organized letter writing campaign from UNIONS members and sheeple duped by the DemonRAT propaganda mill.

Yep just on this thread it's become evident that people don't read independently. I have spent 7 years studying President Bush. He's solid on this and I know why he wants it. People mocked Jesus Christ because they did not understand him either. What is really making me insane is that people on here and else where really think that this is the Democrats fault. WRONG!

Every political opponent who pronounced the political death of President Bush has ended up in his own political grave. You are largely underestimating President Bush, you will find out how wrong you were withing few months. For the moment enjoy the short and fake victory.

"Reagan's 11th Commandment - Do not eat your own party."

Did he consider the RINOs and Republican parasites who themselves are "eating" the GOP from the inside out?

A gentlemman as he was, he was also politically ruthless

Today, Bush has led like a coalition president. This has allowed RINO's to prosper and, even worse, DIMs to lead the legislative agenda.

I have no survey numbers to give you. And to be honest, I support him myself on some issues; The war in Iraq and Afghanistan, tax cuts, most judicial appointments. But there are issues (immigration, the open border, the overspending, the ports deal, trade with China) that I part company with GW.

The people who bug me to no end are the people who support Bush no matter what he does. BUSHBOTS. They are no different than the Clinton cool aid crowd in the 90's. And there are pleanty in FR.

I hope that answered your question.
