UNC led late in the game. Since the team that is trailing usually has to foul to stop the clock, the fact that UNC had more foul shots is not that surprising.
Just a quick follow up to previous post.
Fouls and free throw attempts in ACC play this year. Teams with better records tend to get more free throw attempts, probably because they are more likely to be leading at the end of the game.

I think UConn has probably the best chance to win it all this year, too. Mind you, watch out for that team from Chapel Hill, NC--Coach Roy Williams has really got that team going despite the fact the team has almost no experienced players in the tournament!
