Not that I'm aware of...I know some routers have parental controls, or logging. You might try that...

From the bottom of my Freeper home page ThePythonicCow:

I am currently analyzing hosts file, proxy and DNS tools to fight malware, such as

I haven't gotten much further in this analysis. I do use Hostsman, but for those who aren't familiar with hosts files and DNS, that tool can perhaps be a little unfamiliar.

If this is in reference to computer access by children then I would highly recommend the following (I have been in the IT industry for over 20 years):

1.) Put a strong password on your computer that the children will not know. Make it at least 8 characters long and include upper/lower case and at least one non-alphanumeric character ('#' for example).

2.) Set up your computer in a very public area of the house with lots of foot traffic (like the living room).

3.) Only allow your children access to the computer when you are home and able to monitor their computer use (you will be required to login for them). Make a list of the websites that they are allowed to access and provide sizeable punishment if they detract from the list intentionally.

4.) It is best if you're sitting with them during any access to the internet. The internet is a very dangerous place for children and I personally know many from God-fearing homes that have been exposed to things that they didn't want to see/read.
