Are you happy she is gone? Or mixed emotions?
Knock on Wood" is playing now, Eddie Floyd. Great oldie! This music took me back to high school.
love that visual! LOL
hmmmm, a selection of good cigars. I can just breathe the rich aroma now...ahhhh. Thank you...I love the smell of a good cigar.
LOL...
The ONLY infomercial I ever liked was the one from the NRA where Charlton Heston holds up a rifle and yells, "From my cold dead hands" and the crowd goes wild!
you're too funny...remembering one thread to another one...
We were only allowed to use three ingredients...Macanudos didnt make the list but they should have.
True but why do you like where you chose? Family associations? I'm just curious because I am also at this point where I'd like to know where we choose to retire. So far, I very much like housing where I am. Partyly why I have chosen this is family. Do most people choose because of children and family? (This is what my mother has told me). Why not choose a great place with cheap housing and great moral concepts and look for the kids to follow you there?
Don't tell me, let me guess (I'm using ESP here). The next song up is "Didn't I (blow your mind this time) by the Delphonics. Right? It might be on right now.
"I think you'll do fine with the Macanudo"
thanks for sharing. I am sure I will enjoy. (note to self: trip to tobacco shop tomorrow).
Puff Puff
:) Is this something on regular tv? Or cable?
Or is this just a southern program?
"Didn't I "
yes, you are right, by the Delphonics. Good one. They all are. I'm listening to "Get Ready" by Temptations right now. I never realized how much Wilson Pickett sounds like James Brown, almost, a calmer version of James Brown. Yes?
I've got some cherry flavored ones I picked up in Vegas. Want one of those? They're GREAT!
I never noticed that about Wilson Pickett, but since you mention it, yes, I hear the similarity.
Do you like the Wilson Pickett stuff? I was wondering if you would.
Duane Allman plays guitar on "Hey Jude". He was a session musician for a while.
Well, originally, moving to California was not a choice, I was still underage when our family moved here. My dad got a really good job offer at the time, so we moved from Colorado to here. Then I met my husband who lived in Silicon Valley all his life.
"cherry flavored ones"....
is it subtle? Not toooooo sweet? I need some cognac to go with it too.
You are so great. What part of the country do ya'll live in? I'll drive right over and visit your humidor.
