Speaking of wedgies, we put a kid up on coat hooks by his underwear in my elementary Catholic school coatroom once.... Cruel? Yes. Horsing around yet no one was injured (the kid may have been holding them for a little while after we let him down, but no medical attention was required). The coat hooks were about 3 1/2 feet off the floor.
Imagine what would've happeded to us if it happened today as opposed to yester year?

Yeah, but did the kid's voice ever change?
I think back to stunts like locking some geek kid in his own locker and wonder what kind of "kidnap and terrorist" charges would be brought today.
