There are several HTML tutorials on the net.

Example:

Will produce this...

Leave out the spaces and replace the xxxx with the image location.
In firefox, Right click on the image, choose save image location, and paste between the "" is the fastest.

The real trick is, if the pictures aren't on the web already, you have to get them there. FR gives you a web page but no server space for pictures. Thus, you have to upload pics to personal server space your ISP provides and THEN link them on FR. There are also some free image hosting services on the web, but they mostly disallow the kind of hotlinking you intend.
