Wall, yo Yankee don't quat get it. Yo wanna make some fahn food fo Fat Tuesday, dot's an easy. Sho, wedda yo make som gumbo (chocolate roux to start, raht?) or som jambalaya, or merliton stew, yo gotta use some cayenne an some sal, right?

Aside from recipyin' raht, yo jus don wanna make any of em too sultry.
