The easiest way, without paying, may be to convert the pdf to a jpg format and host it on one of the many free image hosting sites..
Normally I would be glad to host, but my host for matthewnehrlingmba.com and mlearningworld.com has completely failed me and hasn't responded to my attempt to pay for renewal...

Does the pdf document reside on your PC (assume you are using a Microsoft Ops verse say an apple ops)? If so all you have to do is upload it to your account space on the server containing your blog site. I assume you pay for web space and are not mainting your own IP server(s). Further. I assume you have Adobe Acrobat reader on your PC. If not. The following will not work. Example: 1) you are viewing the web page where the hyperlink is to this pdf document.
2) You click on it. Your PC senses it must run the Acrobat reader so it does, the pdf document downloads to your machine into memory and finally allows you to view it in full.
3. At this point you would go to to the top or your browser horizontal menu/task bar and click on File then when the submenu pops up do a save as and give a name where you want the document downloaded to on your PC.
4). Using whatever means you normally use to upload files to your web space (your blog site's area where you store files), you would simply upload this pdf file.
NOTE: If your question is with step 4 where you do not know how to upload the saved file from your PC to your blog site directory space, then it gets more involved. It will depend on who your IP provider is and what methods they allow for uploading files to space you are reserved on their system.
There are programs available for connecting you to, I'll call it for simplicity sake, your login directory at the IP that contains your web blog stuff. Programs that use the FTP file tranfer method are typically used to upload and download files between your PC and your IP server(s). If you have never used such a program it will take a little doing to get you onboard. But I would start by asking your IP provider how to upload files to your web space if that is the issue. Earthlink for instance whom I deal with allow me to connect to my login directory anytime I please using a Window based FTP package residing on my PC. I get a menu driven screen that allows me to point and click and transfer files either way. Hope this is not to confusing. if I can offer further help do ask.

I've never had problems posting on Yahoo. You must have a yahoo id though. If you have an ID, logon to yahoo using said ID then goto http://geocities.yahoo.com/filemanager
You can upload there.
