Yes. Highlands NJ is 200 feet high right at the beach.

To get those same elevations at Cadillac Mountain, you have to be 3-4 tenths a mile off the beach.

Definition of Seaboard is "Along the coast". Definition of coast is where the ocean meets the land.

Forget what I posted earlier about highpoint and my town, I mis-interpreted the statement. For elevation, RIGHT AT THE BEACH, Highlands NJ(which is a shore town) is higher than around Cadillac Mountain. Once you get in half a mile or so, it clearly Cadillac Mountain is higher.
