Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Through shadows to the edge of night

Upon the hearth the fire is red,
Beneath the roof there is a bed;
But not yet weary are our feet,
Still round the corner we may meet
A sudden tree or standing stone
That none have seen but we alone.
Tree and flower and leaf and grass,

Home is behind, the world ahead,
And there are many paths to tread
Through shadows to the edge of night,
Until the stars are all alight.
Then world behind and home ahead,

And I know you ... although you might share your noxious gasses with others, you wouldn't prevent them from leaving the tiny room you were all in, and you wouldn't giggle about your prowess.
And, would you believe, the noxious one was the owner of the company?
Ye gods and little fishes, but I'm glad I don't work at that place anymore!!!

I'm down at da beach tonight. Bugged out early and got ahead of traffic, mostly.
During the week its mostly bagel sammiches, and those little zappable entree thingies.
I'm still ~mostly~ boycotting thewateringhole. I've been back a few times to meet with staff from outta town, and this week I stopped by again... but its so dead now, and the regulars have gone. It's just hotel guests now, prettymuch. Drunken Tmobile salesdroids, mostly.
