Microsoft gives away IE to anyone who follows the licensing conditions, same as Linux. Neither is anti-capitalisitc for doing so. Not in the current business environment, but at the time IE was made free it was an exercise in monopolistic dumping.

Naaa, Giving it away is ok what was not was MS telling OEM's that they could not package Netscape with Windows..
