MOSS BLUFF, Fla. - A man accused of fatally beating his roommate with a sledgehammer and a claw hammer because there was no toilet paper in their home has been arrested.
Franklin Paul Crow, 56, was charged Monday with homicide in the death of Kenneth Matthews, 58, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
Capt. Thomas Bibb said Crow initially denied his involvement, but confessed during questioning.

Growing up we were allowed to bring a friend on vacation every year.
The year I was around 12-13 my buddy Mark came with us.Apparently his system was accustom to the well water back home.
After 4 days of not being able to "go" my mother loaded him up in Phillips, half a day passed and nothing.
In the mean time my sister's friend tried to flush something down the toilet but instead it clogged and overflowed.(Silly city girl)
About then the decision was made to give Mark another dose of medicine.We decided to make the hike up the road a mile to the arcade and play some pinball where they had facilities.
Poor Mark never made it, about half way there he dashed into the woods while I waited on the side of the road.
Upon finally emerging a said
"Took you long enough, I've been waiting for half an hour"
Yeah, you try finding leaves in there, seems all the trees are Pines, had to pull'um off a bush."
Mark still remembers that vacation and his bout of poison Ivy.
