MOSS BLUFF, Fla. - A man accused of fatally beating his roommate with a sledgehammer and a claw hammer because there was no toilet paper in their home has been arrested.
Franklin Paul Crow, 56, was charged Monday with homicide in the death of Kenneth Matthews, 58, according to the Marion County Sheriffs Office.
Capt. Thomas Bibb said Crow initially denied his involvement, but confessed during questioning.

Did he think the toilet paper would magically appear?
I think he's been playing too much Resident Evil.

"MOSS BLUFF, Fla.-------The guy shoulda just gone outside and gotten some of this........ moss."
Growing up in FLA, and being an outdoorsie type, you learn after the first try that Spanish Moss makes a lousy substitute for TP.
Almost all I ever saw was full of lil red chiggers, a handful of sand burrs would be an equal choice to that stuff...lol

Another senseless death. Now, if the spat had been over whether the roll comes over the top or off the bottom, it's a whole 'nother matter.

Anything is a lousy substitute. Some of hiking friends have become "lightweight" backpacking fanatics, which means they pay two hundred dollars for a titanium cooking pot that weighs two ounces less than a twenty dollar aluminum one, and they obsess over ridding their packs of all items that aren't 100% necessary for survival, like TP. Sure, you can find a substitute, but why would you want to?

" Sure, you can find a substitute, but why would you want to?"
I was talking about being out hunting/fishing when nature calls, not packing for a camping trip or a hike in the woods.

LOL...not sure if they are really called Chiggers, but they are tiny red bugs(almost to small to see) that bite and will cause a rash/itching of unbearable proportions that can last for days.
