You clearly explain that one of the intended consequences of this is to kill off the family farmer/rancher!

This program has many goals:

1. Drive the smaller family farmers out of business for two reasons. They want the landowners to go broke so the corporate mega farms and disgusting excuse for ranches these days can expand their operations. Framers and Ranchers also tend to be fiercely independent folks and hard to control and make them worship big brother.

2. A trial run for the human RFID tracking program (Exact same technology)

3. Get a lock on the food supply

4. Provide tax dollars to their cronies that go back and forth between gov positions and board of directors of the big GM and Corporate farming
