Someone else told me that about the .50's, and I had a hard time believing them.

I'm guessing the tricky part is getting that signature from a chief?? I imagine that there are tons of state/fed laws and many gray areas with Class III's, but I was always under the impression that all were illegal. Hopefully soon they'll repeal some of that.

In the U.S. about half the states allow citizens to have them. In the other states you can become a machinegun dealer to sell to the police and still be able to possess them.

The chief is my buddy. His brother and me were best friends in high school.
