Really, you're in Canada now? Does that require out of state tuition? Or out of country tuition?
I get a research stipend to go to school, though I pay international tuition from it. Since I never applied for permanent resident status, (Long story, but the moral of it is that I'm an idiot for not doing it!) I get hit really hard on tuition!
The cost of living here is quite high too. Taxes, taxes, taxes. Socialism Sucks!!

You're hoping to marry a 16-year old? :-) Seriously, interesting story. Your great-great uncle sounds like he led a very intriguing life.
Not really, 18 or over for me. B-) Still though, he had a lot of pitfalls, maybe some self-inflicted, but he got his crap together and lead a good life after that. I figure if he could do it, so can I. I need to take ot my grandmother more.
Until then, here is one of the "girls" on my life: B-)
Pansy, 1987 -
She will be 19 in August. I have 8 cats.

That was really nice of you to do that. I know what you mean. I keep my three year old granddaughter every Friday. She is very good at entertaining herself. I read to her and color with her. I help her set up tea parties for her dolls and bears and she happily plays and pretends to feed them, etc. She also watches her favorite programs on tv.

Nighty night to all of you who are hitting the sack. As for me, I am just getting started.

Do you hunt a lot?
Whenever I get the chance! I was always more into more 'mountain' sports- skiing, mtneering, sea kayaking, though I have really gotten into hunting in the last couple of years. There is a great spot that I can go to about 45 minutes from where I live, vs 4-5 hours to get to the mountains.
I go for waterfowl, grouse, pheasant (when I go back to visit parents in Iowa), and deer. I want to get more into big game too, but time and $$! I think I saw more moose and elk this entire fall than I did deer. Pretty lousy deer season, though I got a young mulie buck in early Nov. I've got some pics on my FR page of some outdoor stuff I like :-)

I went to an all girl's HS. That was pretty boring. I did have a Physics class at our brother school along with 3 other girls. It was SO embarassing to walk on campus everyday and all the googo eyes. They would swoon over any female after hanging around only guys all day.

LOL, I think I had about 3 missed calls. Each came right after I fell back asleep. That only happens on weekends, of course!
Winter boots were on sale at JC Penney for $14.99!
Not bad! Has your winter been pretty mild, ours has. Not that I'm complaining!
