JORAN AND PARENTS SLAPPED WITH A CIVIL SUIT IN NYC.
Greta Van Susteren devoted half her show tonight to Beth Holloway Twitty's lawyer John Q Kelly who today served papers for a Civil Suit on Joran Van Der Sloot and Paulus and Anita Van Der Sloot. Joran was served on board his NY bound flight by a process server, former Scotland Yard, who boarded the NY bound plane with him. The parents were served at exactly the same time while holed up in a NYC hotel.
Kelly is one smart son-of-a-gun. My feeling is he was able to have Joran and parents lured away from the judicial safety of Aruba and the Netherlands to NY to appear on some network show to tell his side of the story . When they hit the soil of NY State they were slapped with a Civil Action for rape, empowerment, unlawful detention etc.

I knew there were a couple of fans of that most useless hour on cable - Greta's show. That troll wastes a good hour of primetime TV but I guess she has to satisfy the sensationalist, tabloid-like needs of some people.
In defense of Greta, while I don't share her politics, she is an excellent lawyer and knows exactly how to question guests.
John Q Kelly, OTH is an interesting fellow fellow with interesting views, and is one helluva lawyer.
The Van der Sloot travesty isn't just tabloid. It is about justice for an American girl victimized twice: once by Joran and Co and again by the Euro-trash Aruban/Dutch legal system.

FYI, I don't know of any tragedy pimp fans. I do know plenty of whiners who, like you, hate the discussion threads about Natalee Holloway but rather than ignore them and engage in threads of their interest, they get their petty jollies criticizing those who are interested in them.
The tragedy is that this isn't a murder case. Not one shread of evidence pointing to that. Only a family gone beserek trying to cover up the fact that their daughter ran off with someone before she was forced back into her asylum.

Had I been there I may very well have scratched his eyes out. It's gratifying to know they've been served. If they ever receive a settlement, I'm sure they'll use the money to help others like the girls Beth talked about sharing their having been ATTACKED BY JORAN.
Joran is incapable of telling the truth and anyone who doesn't realize he's definitely responsible for Natalie's death & disappearance is in complete denial. I'll continue waiting for justice for the s.o.b. and hope it will come one day.
I was especially repulsed that this news came within hours of Hillary's visit to Florida, where she criticized the Schiavos for their attempts to save Terri.
I guess if the Jorans and Hillarys of the world have their way, we'll ALL be animals. I hope they are defeated, soundly and soon!
