Wajda is a living legend. Schindler's List was directly influenced by his 1950s 'War Trilogy' then by any other films.

Finally, an 'entertainment vehicle' about Katyn. Let's hope this 'product' has 'star talent' in it and generates 'record box office receipts'. Well, I suppose it's better that Wajda and not Spielberg makes it.

Thank God, I have been hoping Wajda could make such a film.
I recently saw a TV Polonia documentary on Wajda, that thankfully was subtitled in English, what an amazing man.

This is great. Finally an atrocity committed by Communists will finally be more than just a name. It will be made real in this film, a film I hope will be as widely known as Schindler's List.
