That's the way it was when I left, and it still probably is...which helps a bit if the guy's going to go through with the eviction (and probably jack the rent for the next tenant)
That's my take, someone up the thread mentioned that, housing at a premium and such, he's probably hoping to take in a couple hundred extra bucks a months.
