I've traced the monies of the foundations funding the NGOs. The monies are all funneling based on the Ark of Hopes Earth Charter and links to the businesses I've listed.
I've no idea what the heck Bill Clinton signed before he left office; but it is all tracing back to the Ark of Hope.
