Any spares? I hate to make chili with a fine cut of meat like that but I've smoked a few mean ones in the past. Honey-mustard glazed and just smoked.

I hate to make chili with a fine cut of meat like that Me too, normally I'll cut them into medallions and chicken-fry them.
Fortunately I have five sets left and some forequarters, too.
It was a good season. ;-)
