O.K. everybody- I'm looking for some suggestions for a date to do this cook-off thing,

I've got a few backstraps in the freezer just waiting for an opportunity!

Any spares? I hate to make chili with a fine cut of meat like that but I've smoked a few mean ones in the past. Honey-mustard glazed and just smoked.
