Country star Tim McGraw has been honored as America's Hottest Husband by Redbook magazine, according to the World Entertainment News Network.
McGraw, who is married to fellow country sensation Faith Hill, has played down the honor in the women's magazine by saying, "It was a small group of guys."
The singer is one of only three men ever to grace the cover of Redbook.
Faith and Tim picked up a Grammy Wednesday night when they won Best Country Collaboration with Vocals for "Like We Never Loved at All."
What a lovely couple. (NOT).
Tim also won the "Auto-Tune award for the artist who most overuses a software tuning plug-in on his vocals.
He ain't bad. :-)
Redbook? Darn it I did again. I told the wife to sent the nomination to Redhook.
But have you seen him without the cowboy hat?
September 13, 2004 Tim McGraw: Clinton Fan
The country singer on the Big Dog in TIME:
It's no accident that McGraw, 37, has turned his professional obligation into a campaign whistle-stop. "I love politics," he says on the way back to his dressing room. "I love Bill Clinton. I think we should make him king. I'm talking the red robe, the turkey leg - everything." Then, because such things must be floated carefully and modestly, McGraw adds, "I want to run for the Senate from Tennessee. Not now, but when I'm 50, when music dies down a little bit. I know lots of artists and actors have those delusions of grandeur, but ever since I was a kid, it's been of interest to me."
