If convicted of the misdemeanor cruelty charge, Seufert could face up to a year in jail and a fine up to $5,000. This should be a felony with harsher punishment.

Too bad the dog was muzzled. It takes a true coward or sicko to beat a dog who's muzzled. That's like tying someone's hands behind their back then throwing them in a boxing ring.

Radican said Seufert at first threw inanimate objects when he was angry. He progressed to where he kicked her dogs and had choked a dog, Radican said in court. And she still stayed with him why?
