If true, I don’t believe he is the type we need with a badge and gun.

Wow.... if the guy is what's described in this article, he's a real whack job.

Ping!

I look forward to the day we can buy DOG steaks at Walmart.

Some cultures eat dogs. Ours does not. Meat is meat, but I like the culture we have and do not wish to see it changed.

If convicted of the misdemeanor cruelty charge, Seufert could face up to a year in jail and a fine up to $5,000.

This should be a felony with harsher punishment.

If you kick to death the animal you're planning on eating for dinner, I hope you go to prison too.

I don't know what the stuff about the death of Kovacevich at the bottom means... is that related to this Seufert guy?

You are obviously TRYING to get a reaction.
OK, I'll bite.
Most of us here at FR are animal lovers, but we also recognize YOU for what you are.

Too bad the dog was muzzled. It takes a true coward or sicko to beat a dog who's muzzled. That's like tying someone's hands behind their back then throwing them in a boxing ring.

Death penalty. Sickos who torture dogs need to stop using up our air.

While undoubtedly this was just angry retaliation (unless I see more of a story) - no. Possibly $5000 + year in jail is pretty stiff. Never mind what the lady might sue for.

No question ... it's a small step from torturing animals to people.

Nah, looks like it's just a report on the grand jury rulings that was headlined using only one of the cases reviewed.

I can't believe this guy was ever assigned a badge and a gun. Badly as I feel for the poor dogs, I'm glad he exposed himself for what he is before he took out his rage on a fellow human being. And as the person responsible for the creatures, I think the girlfriend tolerated his abuse for way too long. Abuse my animals ONCE, your butt is out of my house and my life!
