Derrike Cope will need a few flat tires to make the Daytona 500; 183.333 puts him 41st of 52 and 13 of 22 field-fillers.

Dave Blaney wondering when Toyota gets to Cup - 184.566 puts him 38th of 54. He'll start in the 2nd Duel.

Flash knocks DJ off the front row and back into the 1st Duel, but doesn't knock the Northurn Burton off the pole. 188.877 puts him 2nd of 55. If someone manages to knock Flash off the front row, he'll drop back into the 1st Duel.

Crash ends the field-filler portion of the qualifying with a 186.850. That's good for 22nd of 56 and 4th of 23 field-fillers, but because Texas Terry has the champ's provisional to fall back on, that does not put him in the show.

Field-fillers in the 1st Duel - Bill Elliott (will start the Daytona 500), Hermie Sadler (will start the Daytona 500), Terry Labonte (will start the Daytona 500), Kirk Shelmerdine, Stanton Barrett (start the race-well-or-go-home crowd in the first Duel), Scott Wimmer, Morgan Shepherd, Mike Wallace, Chad Blount, Kenny Wallace, Scott Riggs and Carl Long.

Field-fillers in the 2nd Duel - Travis Kvapil (will start the Daytona 500), Robby Gordon, Kevin Lepage, Paul Menard, Larry Foyt (start the race-well-or-go-home crowd in the 2nd Duel), Randy LaJoie, Derrike Cope, Mike Skinner, Chad Chaffin, Larry Gunselman, and Andy Belmont.
