Two charged in snatching of necklace from SoCal girl Associated Press
LOS ANGELES - A man and woman were charged Tuesday with robbing a 5-year-old girl whose gold chain was violently ripped from her neck as she waited outside a Huntington Park market for her mother.
The Jan. 26 robbery was captured by a video surveillance camera and widely broadcast on TV, which authorities said helped lead them to the suspects.
Julio Cesar Beltran, 18, and Patricia Serrano, 31, each pleaded not guilty to a felony count of second-degree robbery. The charges include a special allegation that the pair inflicted great bodily injury, and police said the girl suffered a six- to eight-inch cut on the back of her neck.

Yes it is.
You are wrong. Afraid to admit it?
Are you referring to my posts? Could you please link to all of these alleged posts about "queers"?
Given your apparent selectivity in deciding whom to ping from that earlier thread, it would seem the disappointed "many" refers to those you pinged. Correct?
You'll note my beef in that earlier thread was that the otherwise complete description of the suspect left out any mention of race, thus my hypothesis about the intent being to discourage any (racial) profiling.
Would you not agree that race is a vital and necessary piece of information when describing a suspect on the loose?
Regardless, rather than beating around the bush, consider limiting your accusations of racism to specific posts. Point it out. Call it when you see it. Then, go ahead and click the Report Abuse link. The Mods are increasingly vigilant about banning racism.
Either make your charge, or keep quiet.
I resent your charge. That charge can only be made from a racist viewpoint. I angrily demand an apology for that false charge.
My original assertion, which is based on a long history of reading Main Stream news reports, still stands. When the Main Stream news reports crime, and leaves out skin color as a descriptor of the perp, nearly 100% of the time the perp is minority. That kind of inaccurate, almost false, reporting has a long and unbroken history in the mainstream.
Apologise.
