What about the applicants that drive too fast, drink, have unprotected sex, eat red meat, run whitewater, walk under ladders, clean their own firearms, remove the tag from the new mattress, etc, etc. There's a bunch of stuff out there that can hurt people and make insurance premiums go up. Just to make it fair they should just ban hiring people at all.
