Well, the spread WAS 4 points, and I understand meeting the spread doesn't cut it, you must beat it, depending on the bookie.

It's not quite that simple. An early touchdown either way changes the complexion of the game. It changes the game
plan for both teams. We'll never know how the outcome might have changed.
It did seem there was a bias. Close calls seemed to lean Pittsburgh - the Rothisberger TD, DJack's incidental contact called as Off. pass interference, and the holding call. Refs can legitimately call holding on every single play. It's highly subjective work.
That said, this is coming from a Hawks fan, so discount my opinion accordingly. And congratulations to the Steelers and their fans. They did win it, and I am happy for The Bus and for Cowher.
