Okay we have prostitution taking place in our auditorium and sexual assaults being perpetrated by students, but we don't want any bad publicity so we just won't talk about it. Where are the teachers, the administrators etc.? Are they afraid of the students or do they tacitly condone the activities? With all the teacher/student sex stories it makes you wonder why we need more sex ed in the schools. It looks like the students are doing enough independent study on their own.

I don't know about the way things work in the Cleveland area, but here in New York City, the public schools principals have a union too. The American Federation of School Administrators (AFSA) is 20,000 strong.
